America sucks, They can't completely end the KKK, when Indonesia can effectively eradicate all traces of Communism through extensive civil defense along with military action, Believe me, those rebels are much more violent and powerful than KKK. They have attacked mosques, churches, schools, and governmental offices and killing everyone inside, and even they have brought about 13 T-62 tanks and captured 9 generals in a large-scale insurgence. USA are much more worrying about Al-Qaeda and Taliban, so they can't destroy internal organized crime, like The Klan, Mafia, and much of the street gangs.
