Title: steam version hex editing

I was able to hex edit the steam version to make it so that characters spawn but i can't apply it because it says file corrupted

Try running  your hex editing program under admin. If you crash before the loading screen that means the img file was edited wrong.

1. Copy the file to your desktop,

2. Edit the file there

3.  Replace it with the one in the game files



That worked for me

It's the same as regular Bully. That's why you should save it in a CUSTOM directory so it doesn't require admin rights.
