Grand Theft Auto Mods / What The Hell?

Ok guy's I am 100% sure that this is not the right place to ask but you guy's reply so kindly that make's me post here and since there is not a section of GTA games problem so here I go! Ok so I got a non-steam GTA SA since Steam version can't be modded without using patches so I downloaded this (http://www.gtaall.com/gta-san-andreas/cars/63286-karin-kuruma-sarc-v20.html)
and whenever it show's my game become low poly and some structures dissappears except the car's! So pls help me guys solve this! And another problem is that some of the cars I drive like Stretch, Buffalo and Blade there rear body move left and right while the wheels and downside of the car remains same I hope you understand what I mean!

So as the title say! Can any of you make these for me? There is a guy called Shrimp I requested him and he already made a skin for darby! But it was not similiar! I like how InsanityGame's make the Bullworth Crest on the vest Black n White so can anyone pls make these for me?

Ok guy's I was watching this vid and I saw that his game was to much colourful and was glowing! Did he used a MOD?

And he created a custom style! I know how to mix a prep and and greaser's style but how did he mixed the prep's evade and Jimmy's forth charged hit? And he also used Jock's style and Darby's AUTOCHASING uppercut... Two style's are easy to mix but how did he mixed 4 style's? Please tell me I came here to learn MODDING so I want to know how to do that stuff! And please tell me why his game is glowing?

Hi guy's I have an IDE file that contain's all of the fighting style it also contain's mascot and edgar fighting style obviously the mascot style is not complete it consist only the two punch and the slap and the nut kick and I got is AI to but I don't know how to use it here is the AI (AI_MASCOT_4_05) I just want to put the AI on his fighting style bcz it make's him dance and it's funny! here is the fighting style (Player_Mascot...Player_Mascot_W.....Medium..JOCK....STAT_J_MASCOT...Straf_Male..B_Striker...null....null......../Global/J_Mascot....Act/Anim/J_Mascot.act.../Global/AI..Act/AI/AI.act...N_Mascot) can somebody please help me? Ok the problem I am having with edgar fighting style is that he got an unused attack and he will only use it if he got his AI and BOSS STYLE same here I want to put his AI in his fighting style so he can use his unused fighting style here is the AI (AI_EDGAR_5_B) and here is the fighting style (DOLead_Edgar....DOLead_Edgar_W......Large...DROPOUT.STAT_DO_EDGAR...F_Douts.null....DO_Edgar....Straf_Dout....../Global/DO_Striker_A....Act/Anim/DO_Striker_A.act.../Global/AI..Act/AI/AI.act...N_Edgar) I am not sure that there AI is correct or not if anybody know a correct AI pls help me..... The AI I provided might be correct but I am not 100% sure.. Pls help me I also got some problem with norton , darby and bif boss style but I will mention them later!
