Hints, Tips and Cheats / Tagging Glitch?

Does anyone know how to do this glitch? I've tried everything and I can't get it to work! I have tried to contact the runner directly a few times to ask him but with no luck...  :( I am a Bully Speedrunner and this glitch is a huge time saver. (If you know how to do it!)
