What do I need to do to get out of Bullworth Academy and Go around the town?Cause I have tried jumping walls using lwnmowers to ride away adn I really need the help?

You just need to go to classes and do the missions as they come up. There is no early escape from Bullworth!!

It's kind of bad that you don't get to go everywhere on Chapter 2.
