Title: How to combine the two scripts files

Hey everyone, I recently found a mod that activated voice lines for Jimmy that give him insults unique to each faction: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GTcxLFHba_o

I installed it but found it overwrote the fight club mod (https://gamebanana.com/mods/49916) because both files use both scripts files. Is there any way to combine the two mods into one single pair of script files? Thank you in advance!

They replace the same archive, not the same files.
Open Scripts.img via IMG Tool or IMG Factory and install the mods manually.

The first mod replaces STimeCycle iirc, while the second replaces ArcRace1.
