where I can find water balloons in the game??
bcoz I saw a bully making one and throwing on a nerd... lol it was so cool :lol:

I just said press triangle at anywhere water comes from and instead of taking a drink you will fill up a water balloon

Across the street from the comic book shop, there's an alley that has a wall, a spray paint spot, and a ladder up to the roof of a building. A townie will give you an errand on top of the building to waterballoon three people, and then after you complete that, the balloons are unlocked all the time.
