Sorry, but can anyone help me?
I want to create an account on wikia to create an arabic bully wikia, I read in the Terms Of Use about some fees, but I don't understand.Do I have to pay money to sign up or not?

No, you don't need to pay to sign up, I have an account on there myself. I never use it now, though.

It's free.
