So basically i made a pretty dumb mistake. I accidently backed up the wrong IDE file and replaced the default one, meaning i can no longer play the game as it was meant to be played. Is there any solution to this? I can't seem to find anyone who's made the default ide for installation.

You may need to reinstall the game, if you have any modificated files, be sure to move them, and put them in a backup file before reinstalling.
Don't worry about losing any of your save files/progress, as those are located in another file and the re installation does not affect your progress in the game.
