If u want to start modding, First you will have to turn ur PS2 systim from the DVD mode into USB mode. (Like USB Util). "Make it work with a flash not a DVD", Then install th BULLY game. you will see it texted as 00, 01, 02, 03 and 04.
Open the 00 file with the HxD Hex Editor Or Hex Editor neo. Then start modding. xD
