4B2 striker is ted stat (or any of the other jocks?) in his boss mission because 4B2 is the code of that mission.

TO siamese is the stat of the siamese girl in the carnival.

I think bikechase is constantinos stat in comic klepto (I may be wrong).

109 ranged may be related to mission 9 in chapter 1.

There's only one that actually belongs to a ped. That's STAT_TO_SIAMESE, which is for the Siamese twins at the carnival.

The rest are either mission stats, beta stats, or test stats.

Red and deadpool is there a way to make Peds to break Jimmy's blocks more often? Like make an attack that dosnt break his block to break his block?

Requires Act editing, which cannot be done safely yet.

And whats the id of a rigged football? (the one who explodes on hit) And is it possible to make peds use it?

All of the stats in pedstats are actually referenced by the LUA scripts for various types of peds.

Most are just mission specific but some are not.

I can elaborate further if this needs to be explained in any detail or not.
