Title: Hey guys, changing characters

Hey, ive been using imgtool to try and change my character model, I extracted Kirby, and copied to there were 4 of each, I then renamed each of them to the 8 different red ninja files...however when i come to equip the red ninja, rather than showing Kirby, the game crashes to the desktop, i have no idea what im doing wrong. If anyone could shed some light it would be appreciated :P
