Honestly, the only reason the skateboard is even slightly useful is because of its speed being able to take you from point A to point B faster than on foot. However recently i wonder if sprinting is actually faster than using the skateboard, the skateboard does seem to have realistic functionality though, for example, when you skateboard down from a huge hill or road bump, you gain more momentum and thus travel at higher speeds.
So enough with the blabbering, lets say there's two jimmy's, one is sprinting, one is skateboarding, the road is clear and its a 1km race(won't be a problem for jimmy's infinite sprint), which would win?

Whenever I replay the game I seem to forget that the skateboard exists... when I do pull it out though I'm like "Damn, this is much better than running!" The skateboard definitely felt faster.
Maybe one day when I'm really board I could time how long it takes to get from point A to point B by foot and skateboard :P

I use them both. On long hard surfaces like streets or sidewalks I ride the skateboard, but I run when it's like grass or a hard turn or something. It's fast to switch so yeah.

For paved surfaces, Skateboard is wayyyy faster.
Grass, Sand, Dirt, it sucks.
Too bad we can't Skateboard on the water.

I usually just stick with the game-breaking kart. Eff the skateboard :D

Running is better on grass yeh I wish you could use the skateboard on water.

It's funny....I can't skateboard worth a damn in real life, but when I'm in Bully, it's the easiest thing to do.
How odd is that ?

skateboarding in real life is easy all you need to do is have balance and control. and you need to know how to turn.

The Skateboard in the game replaces movility for speed...Use it on concrete places,not on grass or places like that or it'll be slower,perfect to aviod prefects,and easy switchable from running to skating...
It is faster,but you'll notice moving a bit harder.
Oh and...I know it sounds obvious,but just in case...Avoid trying to climb stairs with the skate,you'll fall.

Actually,a Hennesey Venom GT goes up to 270 MPH(434,5)
Veyron 16.4 SS goes on 431,6 km(262 MPH)
And Venom also broke it's acelleration record...And Agera R's one,which is actually faster than Veyron SS....

Bugatti was some years ago...But its handling seems to be awful...
Nothing is more balanced IMO rather than a Rosso Scuderia colored 458 Italia...

I believe the skateboard is faster but only slightly. The real use for skateboards in my opinion is it takes the stress from your thumbs. Other than that, it's really no use for me for several reasons.
If I had to choose between sprinting or skating, I personally prefer to just sprint only because it's easier to maneuver or hop for ledges. Another reason I prefer sprinting is because the skateboard in Bully feels unnatural mainly due to the fact that the handling is very loose. Of course, I'm someone whose played Tony Hawk Pro Skater most of my teen years. If Bully 2 were to have skateboards, (which I'm sure it will) it should take ques from that game as it feels right.
As for your question about whether there were two Jimmy's to race, one with a skateboard and the other sprinting. I think the only real way to find out is if someone records it and time it.

The Skateboard had one major advantage over other form of transport.....It's stuck up Jimmy's ass for whenever he needs it, so it;s always available anytime he wants, It doesn't have to be gotten or put somewhere, like the bike, moped, or Go-Kart.
Another nice feature of the game is that nothing in the way of transport can be damaged, unlike the cars in GTA or other games, and the Skateboard, Bike, Moped, or Go-Kart doesn't catch fire and blow up.
As to the speed, I always found the Skateboard to be faster than a sprint, and easy to change back and forth from one to the other when needed. For real speed, nothing beats the Go-Kart for getting from one end of the map to the other, and the nicer bikes are fast enough too.

I put together a video proving which is the fastest and it shouldn't come to anyone's surprise.
I setup a race between the two, the starting point began at the garage and ending at the entrance of the schools driveway. It was a fun experiment.
