I was thinking about Jimmy's surname. Is it his mother's or stepdad's last name? I don't think I ever heard anyone in the game talking about it, so please leave your thoughts here.

I'd assume it's his mother's. I mean, she's been married how many times? The smart thing to do would be not to change your name 7 times.

I feel it is his birth name.  Which father, which husband ?  WTF knows ?

Well, Chuck brought up a good point. Often times due to legal issues, children take their birth father's last name.  Although sometimes you see the child's name take on that of their mother during a divorce.

I think this is one of those things Rockstar just created in order to make you think.
