So my post on the topic 'Voting on new protagonist' remained there more than a month, until it was removed recently. There wasn't anything that could be labeled abusive or derogatory against any member. Then why it was removed? If anyone reported it to the mod, how did he agreed for it?

Posts get removed for a variety of reasons....Content, Inappropriate, Offensive, Abusive, etc. being the main reasons. My peeve is posts that just contain 'lol' or a smiley face and nothing else.
I find no record of the post you mention, or it's recent removal. If you could remember the content of the post and reveal it here, we might be better able to determine just why it was removed.

Perhaps pointless posts were being made?...
