That is through pedpop.dat
change value "BoxingRing" to :

Very easy to do. Been doing this since before I even joined B-B.

All it is is just changing the value of your animation speed from 100 to a higher number. Tho I tend to prefer no more then 160 since anything higher makes it near impossible do interact with various props since things are just too fast for the game engine to keep up with.

Nice find tho since it is good to see others finding things out on their own just by messing around with things.....considering that I never personally made any tutorials for changing animation speed and only taught a couple ppl how to do it..heh
