I'll share how to gain fps for low end pc
follow this step
1.

You can play around 25 fps. This is good for low spec pc

I know this is an old topic but the second image was removed and I really need it. so can someone either link me to the image or simply post a step by step? It would be very much appreciated and I would really like to have help as soon as possible. Thanks

In that pic it shows you are supposed to rename the "off" folder in shaderbinaries to "low" and the "low" folder to "off".

The best way to gain FPS? Remove shadows.

You're right Red Blaster
adding shadows to your bully just make your bully more lagging especially the high shadows

Shadows can make most games slower and laggier, yes.
But it could also be things running in the background hogging your CPU or RAM.
