Can I? Since everybody keeps complaining about them so yeah.

I believe that's been disabled, due to abuse of some members deleting multiple topics with other member's posts on them, affecting their post count.

If you want a topic removed, contact a Moderator, or simply leave a post on the topic that you want removed.  We can then do so without affecting post counts.
