I don't. It's nearly impossible to find one on the internet. I'm sure if Jack Thompson found out they put a Nazi in the game he'd never live it down.

People do it all the time..

On every forum I've been to there's been a siggy shop where people gladly make siggies for people. It's obviously optional so you don't have to worry.

There's a lot of people out there that just love to work with photoshop, so when they make a sig for another person they don't expect nothing in return... although like Nazz said some rep is always welcome.
