If you are talking about the PC version, then you can only play it with an xbox 360 controller.

so what you do is... um, get the DS3 tool and umm, use it mmmmmmmmmmmmmm'k?
use the tool and connect your uh, ps3 controller into the computer by USB mmmmmm'k?
or uh, use bluetooth mmmmmmmmmmmmm'K?

lol google a tool for "PS2 xbox gamepad emulator" or something along those lines.
bully on PC dosent support the playstation controllers normaly.
thus u need to emulate an xbox controller.

I use x360kb to emulate an xbox 360 controller in street fighter iv since capcom forgot the keyboard compatibility (or something like that). I tried using it in bully but it doesn't work.
