That's exactly what happened when I found Davis up there. He had a slingshot and just....rotated....

That happens on the police station alot... so basically theres a tagging spot on the roof and sometimes when peds wanna lay down a tag they teleport up there for some reason, this only happens in this specific area.
No idea what Davis was trying to achieve
