The only one that I remember where I found it is located in the nerd hideout under the Dragon's wing comic store right next to your save point on the desk.

There is one in the garage where the greasers hang out if i remember correctly and

there is one on the bridge by a waterfall somewhere (i got it while playing bike races), and i think one somwhere that i cant remember....
