There's a large island close to the light house. If you swim behind this island you'll see a half sunken ship which has a grottos and goblins sheet on it. Now, if your coming at it from it's front end there will be a small beach on the island next to it. Go up on the beach and a pirate will attack you. He's easy to beat and beating him will unlock a pirate hat.

He kinda freaked me out because I wasn't expecting to be attacked by a pirate all of a sudden.

He just runs at you out of nowhere.

I also nearly forgot to mention that there is also a lawn nome on the beach to collect.

And for the guy who asked, yes, the island does show up on the map as does the half sunken ship.
