Download the mod, delete ur script files inside the game's folder and and put the script files from the mod to the bully folder.

I think the reason it's not working is because you didn't back up Scripts.dir when you added the new mod.

You might need to reinstall Bully.

Try moving the scripts.img and scripts.dir files to your desktop, open it with imgtool and do what you normally would do.
Then once you're done, rebuild archive and move it back to your Bully directory.
