That's her only appearance besides Music class, the Nutcrackin'...which is actually the same as Music class. Jimmy needs to play in the Christmas pageant or whatever, dressed as Nutcracker. Well, Jimmy, of course, refuses, and Miss Peters manipulates him into doing it by threatening she'll make him fail Music if he doesn't do it (well, not actually threatening him, but...) so you have to do it. The music played in the mission is Christmas melodies, with the last being Jingle Bells.
