Title: Adding smileys, text effects and other stuff not working
Post by: SWEGTA on March 06, 2014, 11:20:18 AM: 90 % of the time after the latest board update, I can't add smileys or make my text bold.
Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this, but I tried logging in on my school laptop and the same thing occours there.
Might it be a thing with Google Chrome?

I've had this happen quite a few times on firefox, primarily when I go to post in the gifs and such thread. I instead head to a different thread and "set up" the post there (I'm far too lazy to type out [img][/img] at the ends of the links :D) then just copy/paste in the proper place.

I don't use Chrome much anymore but I did log in on it to see what happens and yeah, it's far worse on there. Get the above on loads of different threads, though sometimes the buttons and faces do magically appear after a few seconds.

I un-installed Chrome awhile back, so I can't check that.

Post by: MadmaN on April 02, 2014, 02:54:31 PM: AJ is the only one that can look into this since this would require physical access to the php source files for this forum along with access to the database as well...which neither Chrissy nor I have. I would suggest sending AJ a pm as he will be alerted to it and will get back with you about things....might take a day or two to get a reply back from him but he will reply nontheless.
