What I guess I mean is....

Is there any you could use the camera zoom to be able to read ?

To some degree....but you can't read everything on the paper.

I think they're on Jimmy's desk in his room, next to the save book. I'm pretty sure its a room trophy.

Yeah, that is the room trophy for doing the mission.
