I'm talking about the ones that you can open it and close it
they are like this

and those can be closed and open by just clicking the show button.

This will be good for separate sections/images and save space in topics

Agreed - it would be perfect for threads with loads of images - most forums do support them, so it shouldn't really be too much of an issue,

That feature is easily supported by this board and atm only AJ happens to have full access to the forum source scripts to add it. Whether he will or not depends on how busy he is since I know hes even busier then I am or so I have been told....lol.
I could easily add that feature myself in 20 mins time if I had access to the core forum source scripts but alas I don't so I can't do much about it.
I have considered talking more with Chrissy to see if AJ would be interested in a complete overhaul of BB since I have a complete forum that I coded up in flash that would easily replace the forum....have the same look and feel but be made entirely from flash which also would make it immune to all of the attacks that php based forums (such as this) are prone to getting hit with.
It also has a bit more control over various things too but this would be a decision that only AJ can make.

I have seen this in minecraft forum and it helps organising your posts.
The "hide text" thing shouldn't be replace with this feature, just add it as a separate thing.

It would be simple though to limit how many times a spoiler can be used in a single post ...like say 5 per post max....that keeps spam down a lot.
I have used spoiler myself on my own forums when making very long posts to hide each section so that it makes loading times shorter since not everyone wants to load a post in a topic thats super long. Specially those that still use dial up connections due to broadband not being available in their area.

It will have to be brought up to AJ though since like I've said...he is the owner of BB and the one that pays for the hosting...etc for it so it is his call to make...not mine....since to add something like that I would have to have access to the forum scripting itself....plus the theme scripting in order to integrate such a addon....easy stuff to do though....
But AJ is the man to ask about this since I don't have server access to directly modify any of the actual forum php scripts and as such am not able to add anything directly to the forum.
