That's not racism. Jimmy will say random things to any character when he gives them a swirlie.

I haven't played Bully in a while. I'm working on my PS3 games. I'm still working on getting my new Bully after I trashed the last one. I got the $$$$ just still need a chance to go to the store. Everything I tell you is from the times I played it. So its not that I never played it, but that I haven't played it in a long time. I have a section of my brain based on nothing more than Bully and other games.
