You can change his faction and make him spawn normally with Hex editing.
There is a LUA code to recruit anyone with a button, but as far as I know, no way to pay them for it.
I don't have any LUA code left, so I can't help you, but I'm sure someone else here can.

I made a few really bad LUA script mods, I uploaded videos of them to YouTube and also shitposted on a lot of other Bully mod videos.
People didn't really like me back then.

A some of you probably already know me from YouTube, due to my history.
I made a few horrible Bully videos and was overall just a complete twat to people, but I've finally decided to become a part of this community.
I'm a small YouTuber (average 100 views and 1 new subscriber per day), an animator (Using Flash) and studying Video Game Design (As of 2016).
