How to you become cool with the gang of your choice? if i wanted to be cool with the bullies it would be hard because im always having to kick there asses because they always start something with me. For everyone that doesnt have this game yet and are looking forward to getting it, its really fun and it lives up to all the talk about it

Do various task for them, that'll get you Bully/Nerd respect. The more respect you get, the cooler you get with them.

Well, mostly, you should do the side missions. Those get you cash and the most respect (accumulatively) because there are a ton. I've become 100% with everyone, though, so I don't have to do anything.

If anyone picks on me, everyone swarms them and I get to take their stuff.

As for your other questions, dressing like either of them will bring your respect up a little, but mostly you have to do missions for them.
