Hey this is Vallejo18, I have found a way to enable ICEnhancer 2.1 on Bully, all except Depth-of-Field works, why? I have no idea, you have to press "SHIFT+F12" to activate

My installer include that you Click and Drag the files to the root of your Bully Scholarship Folder, Its in the folder called "Bully Scholarship Edition" or you can be lazy and copy the folder and paste in the directory your bully is setup at "Rockstar Games."

NOTE: I suggest that you remove the "Skydome" folder in
"Bully Scholarship EditionModels....." for better and clearer results.

then open the file "default.dat" in notepad and delete the skydome line
"Bully Scholarship EditionConfigdat....."
