If u want to start modding, First you will have to turn ur PS2 systim from the DVD mode into USB mode. (Like USB Util). "Make it work with a flash not a DVD", Then install th BULLY game. you will see it texted as 00, 01, 02, 03 and 04. Open the 00 file with the HxD Hex Editor Or Hex Editor neo.
