Anybody, even children, can and do have heart attacks....Age is normally a factor, to be sure, but there are many 10-year-olds in this country who have as much cholesterol built up in their arteries as 50 to 60 year old adults, due to the high-fat content of the junk food they eat every day.....They're all walking time bombs.
Yes, lots of much-needed Iron in meats....the key, however, is LEAN meats, and not the fast-food fatty crap they serve up at the local Micky-D's.....
And, I suspect eating the crap at Edna's Cafeteria isn't doing the Bullworth gang much good either....
