Sorry to bump. I have some experience modding other games, so when i get my hands on a copy of bully for PC, i look into modding. I already have some ideas

I made some modifications through hex editing, I made the clique leaders and some deleted textures appear in the game, I made the bikes faster, and I provided weapons for the cops and prefects.

I agree, all games ARE modable. But... Their files are often coded and that's what stops me everytime.

OK, here's what I think we must do to have hi-jackable cars...

First, copy a "hijack move" from a GTA game.
Then, paste it to Jimmy.
Associate a command (letter) to the move.
Make so, that the trouble-meter increases when you do it.
Give a behaviour to the adult the car has been stolen from.
THEN, write source-code to make the car drivable.
So, give a baheviour to someone beeing bumped.

I think that's all, but I'm just a little little modder... So I could have forgotten something.

So is there like some kind of website for mods or do you need a disc or something?(I dont have many games for my PC so I have no idea how to modify a game.)

Little explanation :

As you install a game, it creates files on your PC (generally in C:/Program Files/) that you need to play. These files contain 3D moves, sounds or weapons options. By modifying them, you also modify what happens in the game, and you get a mod !

I don't think that could help to open games files made just for it and special programming programs... We could at least try.
