I used to have it.... sort of. Someone else in my family had it back when I was like 6 or something, but it's gone now.

Yes, they came with the special edition of the game, along with a dodgeball.

These two pages are the only thing in the manual. So that is the ending, unless the limited edition had more pages.  8)
