I'm trying to get 100% game completion, but I think I messed up in Chapter 3 not doing all the snowshoveling punishments for prison uniform. Can I just do lawnmowing or do I have do restart.

You only have to complete the nine lawn mowing punishments to get the prison uniform.  The six snow shoveling punishments are optional.  Also getting the prison uniform does NOT give you percentage points so its useless for achieving 100%.  Its just for fun.  ;)

My first run-through with Bully, I happened to stay out of trouble all during Chapter 3, and missed Snow Shoveling entirely.  I even went looking for it as a side job (just like the lawn mowing at the park) trying to find it.

It didn't affect my ability to get 100% on that game though.
