What's with the punchbag?

This,more of a request,is a question(Couldn't find another place to put it),but,the thing is...
The PunchBag,as we know,it is considered as a Ped to the game (it even has a life meter,which won't decrease if punched with default style)...But while Jimmy punches it,how does that works? Is it a ragdoll until someone pretends to grapple it with non vanilla styles?

About the mission "Wrong Part of the town" when Jimmy kinda "Drives-by" while Chad rides(See? A nigga on a drive by...rasist)...How is that done? I mean,Jimmy riding on the rear of the bike while Chad rides...

To be honest, I'm a little scared to know HOW Jimmy was even ON that bike. xD There is only 1 seat. I'm gonna have to play that mission again to see.

He isn't sitting...He's standing on the rear pedals for passengers

While the camera is not focusing on the player you can see that Jimmy is standing on the rear pedals, you can even see that in the in-game cutscenes from "Wrong part of town". The weird thing is that while the camera is focusing on the player (the first person slingshot camera) Jimmy magically dissapears from the bike. You can only see this if you use CameraFollowPed(ped near jimmy) while Jimmy is in slingshot mode.
