DO you have to wear the uniform..if you dont what will happen?

And in winter do you have to wear warm clothing..again what happens if you dont

ahh if you don't sumtimes the prefects will go for you cz ur not wearing it.. but they go half-heartdly so its easy.. in winter they are no consequences for wearing any kinds of clothing.. wateva u want
