What is this?
- A windows application that allows you to stop time from 8 - 12 in order to give the player an ability to freeroam.
How does it work?
- First you launch Bully, then you launch the application and just press the big blue buttons.

I'm sort of new to the whole idea of changing games behaviours, but this is pretty decent for a first attempt, isn't it? ;)
I'll try to make more mini-applications that will let you have infinity health, no wanted level, infinite cash, no maximum amount of bodyguard, change respect, teleport and so on..

I think when the lua tutorials being releashed, you gonna have the best mod :3

LOL its isnt over , since Madman and Red are the only ones that have access to Lua in on B-B and they are making diffrent mods from urs that means that u can still make those mods , u should add a new feature into ur mods cuz all what u said here are already done : Trainers , u should think on a new feature and add it along with all the other ideas u said here.

Basicly it freezes the clock from 8 at night

Yes, from 8 to 12 it can freeze the time.
Crazyness will make the ingame clock have a complete freakout.

Probably, however I really want to make a .dll file that simply does this by itself so that you won't have to run any programs except Bully itself.

Heh, thanks but I'm no hero. Prosecute/Steman was the first person who made big mods and laid the basis for numerous mods to come...then MadmaN and Fred Tetra came and took it to another level. Before them...modding was all about the fighting styles.

i don't know why, almost the 60% of the modders retired almost at the same time...
maybe it has to be with school, i think we're all teenagers... so maybe someone got a girl/boy friend and stuff like that

I retired cause I'm back to learning.
So I have to have that locked on to my head so I can make better hacks/mods instead of the same one lol.

People here are waiting someone to make a tutorial about a new mod instead of finding out new stuff to edit in the game.
I mean, instead of waiting for the lua script tutorial to be released we should try making our own mods.
The person who made the first fighting style or skin change mod didn't learn it from someone.

I never said it's gonna release any time soon. :P Mad wants to get it released and try to keep the hopes of the community, but there's a lot of factors working against us at the moment.

That's the thing, 90 % of us are busy with other stuff.
We need more dedicated modders.

More like we need skilled modders rather than dedicated ones...specifically, ones who know how to crack encryptions and file types.
