I really don't think so... Because you just can't explore the files in a PS2. In a PC, you can.

That's true. But can't you record it onto a CD and then play it on the PC and then copy the image to Windows Media?

No again - if you insert the PS2 CD in your computer (I've tried it), you can get all the videos, without sound. That's all. I think the files aren't the same between PC and PS2 or another console.

No, PS2 games can't be modded, only computer games, for the simple reason that you are allowed to touch the PC files, but not the PS2s.
