I made some code to load all the animation groups in Bully, it's not too hard to do but... it should save time for some people. To actually put them to use, you can 1) Use a different fighting style or 2) Activate an action node
The following code loads all the things related to fighting styles.

You may notice that when using those LUA commands...the game will have random crashes....this is due to not using the LoadAnimation codes right since you can only load a bare handful at once and after you are done using what requires those animations...you have to immediately unload them or else you will leave a bunch of garbage in the LUA interpreter active memory and then the game will crash.

I never had issues with having too many animations loaded at once, but using collectgarbage() can probably help if you have problems.

^ This mod just loads the animations used for stuff (such as laughing for your case)
to activate them, you'll need to use something else that i cannot cover here.

Action nodes can be used to activate animations (PedSetActionNode/ExecuteActionNode functions)
I can't explain them for 1) I'm not really supposed to, and 2) I can't explain it very well.
