would it be possible to replace Jimmys halloween costume with this costume?

Yes, it is possible
But you need to find that megaman model, and crop the face out
After that crop jimmy face and stick it into the megaman model

Then rig the megaman with jimmy face (check my tutorial if you have no idea how to rig)
