you can actually get zoes pictures before you complete all the missions with her easily enough, just find her walking around with the trash and snap her shot even if shes attacking you. i cant get all the people though.

I have also unlocked it (a long time ago) but it's true that black ninja costume is so cool (just a pain in the ass that evryone laughs at you, they'll see when I attack them in the dark) hihi
