Tools you need: IMG Tool 2.0, NifSkope

Open up World.img in ...Rockstar Games\Bully Scholarship Edition\Stream

Extract the wished clothing file.
Open the extracted .nif file with NifSkope.

And from here on, I don't know what to do. :lol:
