You're not in elemantary, that's only a rank of how much you've posted. Anyway, Worn In is a clothing shop and you can get helmets by completing races.

I don't think you can buy helmets in clothing shops, just win the 1st go-kart race to get an helmet.

LOL do the bullworth vale race do the 1st or 2nd and u get bike helmet and jacket it aint crash helmet buts its jsut as good and it looks better

You can buy the scooter in the carnival's souvenir shop, i think you need 75 tickets... not sure.
