Go-Kart races are available as soon as the Carnival opens, which is the moment you unlock chapter 2.

Unlocked: After you do the carnie races.

Race 1: Old Bullworth Vale
Reward $20
Laps: 3

Race 2: Beach Race
Reward: $25
Laps: 3

Race 3: Blues Skies Industrial Park
Reward: $30
Unlocks: Go-kart appears at the school grounds Bike garage
Laps: 3

I'll Keep on trying to get the go-kart (I already have the moped) Ha ha. By the way, you need 75 tickets from the carnival to win it. for fast results, I recomend playing test of strenth and strike out
