and the part where Jimmy got dizzy.

That was made in vegas with pan/crop
I just took the higher angle by standing by the railing and pressing C
Then, I animated it with pan/crop

You mean at 06:44 ?
If yes, that just a bug.
When I way goin to exit from the game(because of camera stuck problem[I was in the interior]), I jump and pressed "down" button at the same time and somehow, camera stuck in the air.
So I used that bug to record some special footage of the dorm

If you mean not 06:44, tell me where (more precisely)

Hey, Nice video! sweet!
I have a few questions :
1. Did you play the cutscens or mission in the same time with machinima maker mod?
2. How did u make the camera move in editing? Ive almost wanted to do that for Johhny Vincnet.

1. No. Firsrtable, I started a new game and recorded all cutscenes. Then I started new game again to record a voices and some sound effects(Because I forgot to ON sound recording in Bandicam). After that, I exit game and load SWEGTA's savegame(to open the gate) and recorded all fight scenes and other stuff I was needed.
2. Fun thing, It was just a glitch (If you mean camera moves at 06:44)
Others were made in sony vegas with "pan/crop" tool.
