Maybe the overall content of the game wasn't enough for the map size. I find it strange that they would make any map small.

By it's very title, BULLY was bound to be controversial, and perhaps they didn't want to use the creative effort for this first-time game.

That's possible. It might just be inevitable to keep any Bully game out of the hot seat. I don't think any developer should give into the controversy and the demands of those against their games.

I believe developers should stand by their games 100% and do what they think is best in making games great. If there's anything I dislike in gaming, it's controversy.

But you just know that would happen if they were to put in them what REALLY goes on in High Schools.....Even though drugs, sex, & violence has been happening there for at least a half-century now.

There's always people to bitch and moan about games. Authenticity and getting closer to reality has been an objective of the gaming industry. Controversy just fucks things up. It's a shitty little obstacle. Until developers decide that it's time to fight back and defend their work rather then crawl in the corner and accept their fate, games will always recieve the same negative attention.

Whenever they do fight back, it makes no difference. Ignorant people who know nothing about the game will always bitch no matter what facts the developers put in front of their faces.

It's not just Games that are being plagued by idiotic ignoramuses, but also T.V. Shows.

If the parents have such a big problem with their children playing certain games or watching T.V. Shows, why don't they take action and not just sit there and start protesting against the developers of the game/T.V. Show when they can AND SHOULD (If they have a big problem against it) take control of their children and stop blaming the makers themselves?...

it's not really their fault that the child watches/plays whatever it is, it is the parent's for not getting off there lazy ass and not doing anything to stop it when they have such a big problem with it.

It usually doesn't make any difference because you can't convince the idiots. I believe that they still need to stand by their works though and make sure that it hits market as they intended.

^ Of course... Although it can be delayed or even banned due to protests which is a real bummer.

But, as you said you can't convince them no matter what. So yeah, they don't really have a choice other to stand by there work, or make drastic changes to the game itself.

Hell, even that won't quench their thirst.

During these controversial battles you'll see demands for cleaner versions or just totally banning it from the market. Neither one is good. GTA San Andreas got hacked up into a cleaner version due to the "hot coffee" thing.

Bully 2 Wishlist in general:
-Ragdoll physics (Euphoria engine would be great)
-Realistic/hardcore fighting mechanics (Similar to "The Warriors" fighting mechanics)
-BIGGER variety of fighting moves (ranging from Karate to Wrestling)
-More of an interactive environment
-Bigger environment
-More weapons
-More bikes (Dirtbikes, police bikes, more customizable bikes)
-Finisher moves (like in The Warriors but if Rockstar wants, dumb them down since you know... they're kids)
-Better missions
-Add more classes
-Add sports like Football, Baseball, Track, Basketball and Wrestling (Have them as classes)
-Bigger variety of side missions

Extra:
-There should definitely be a soundtrack to the game from licensed artists such as The Black Keys, Pusha T, A$AP Rocky, Pharrell Williams and maybe Danny Brown.

YEAH. As much as I wanted a "recreational" Shop Class to work on cars.

I think all classes, after you complete them, should turn into powerups. You play the minigame, and it gives you a new vehicle, ability, or item.
