I get great sleep when I'm not gonna have anything to do the next day. Otherwise its cut short.

My preference is 12 hours. I don't like getting too little otherwise I depend upon coffee all day.

Its good. Is something else than the basic tea. It tastes like fruit instead. Blueberry, rasberry, Black cherry, peach, etc.
